Puzzles & Paradoxes

Course Description: The course provides an overview of a number of famous puzzles and paradoxes and important attempts to solve them. The puzzles and paradoxes we will discuss concern infinity, set theory, logic, probability, statistics, and game theory. This course fulfills the university's Symbolic and Mathematical Reasoning (SMR-AS) requirement.
